1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using Daily Discovery, you agree to these Terms. If a child is using the app, the parent or legal guardian accepts these Terms on the child's behalf.

2. Description of Service

Daily Discovery provides educational science experiment content for children ages 4–18. All experiments use common household materials and are intended to be performed with adult supervision where appropriate.

3. Safety Disclaimer

IMPORTANT — READ CAREFULLY:

All experiments require adult supervision, especially for children under 12.
Some experiments involve materials (vinegar, baking soda, hot water, scissors, etc.) that can cause injury if mishandled.
You are solely responsible for evaluating whether any experiment is appropriate for your child's age and skill level.
We are not responsible for any injury, damage, or harm resulting from performing the experiments.
If your child has allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions, review the materials before proceeding.

Use common sense. When in doubt, skip it.

4. User Submissions

Adults who pass the parental gate may submit experiment ideas. By submitting, you:

Grant Daily Discovery a perpetual, royalty-free license to publish the submission
Confirm the submission is your original work or in the public domain
Confirm the submission is safe and appropriate for children
Agree we may reject, edit, or remove any submission at our discretion

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App
Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to bypass the parental gate
Submit content that is offensive, dangerous, copyrighted, or inappropriate

6. Intellectual Property

All content in the App is owned by Daily Discovery or licensed from third parties. You may not reproduce or redistribute except for personal home use.

7. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

OUR LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM (OR $0 IF YOU USE THE FREE VERSION).

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the app.
