All transmissions use HTTPS encryption. Backend data (if any) is stored in encrypted databases. Access to submitted content is restricted to authorized reviewers.
If you are in the European Union, you have additional rights under GDPR including access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and the right to object. Contact privacy@dailydiscovery.app.
California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion, opt out of sale (we do not sell), and non-discrimination for exercising these rights.
Daily Discovery is submitted as an Education app for family use, not the Apple Kids Category for this launch path. The app still follows child-safety basics: no third-party analytics or advertising, no unrestricted web browsing, no accounts for children, and no collection of personally identifiable information from children.
If Daily Discovery is submitted to Google Play Families later, this policy and the app implementation will be reviewed against the then-current Google Play Families requirements before release.
Material changes will be announced in the app, and the "Effective Date" above will be updated.
